It has been a long time coming, I do hope you all are doing well. Enjoy!

I often wonder how it works; growth,

Many times, we are stagnant and do not even realize we aren\’t growing anymore,

Other times we are aware of our lack of growth but are too busy to be concerned or we are okay with not growing (because we feel we have reached our peak),

And sometimes we do not know how to grow so we spend more time planning out our growth strategy than actually growing, more like getting the ingredients for a meal and mentally going over the steps to make the meal than actually preparing the meal.

Do not get me wrong I do not have it figured out either but here are a few thought;

We are all children of the light, so all of our actions are meant to be in accordance with the Will of God,

We are to live with the sole purpose of edifying God no matter how “insignificant” the action seems,

But many times, we tend to struggle and side track God, we act like he is a foreign being we have to “deal” with once in a while,

Easily forgetting the fact that we are indeed, a reflection of his personality.

 

I know I do not have the first idea as to how your life has been,

Or the slimmest idea as to how you feel,

but this I know; you have been wonderfully and beautifully made,

The light of the world, an ordained priest from the Most-High,

The solution to world class problems, the key to doors,

You are beautiful, intelligent, funny, creative, outstanding, multitalented, magnanimous,

You have been created well equipped to be the best there is.

 

It may be a thing of wonder, as to why I am telling you these,

Yes, this might not be news, so let’s call this a reminder;

And to you who never knew, now you know.

A lot of people in the world are waiting for your next step so they can follow,

You have been following the steps of others, now you need to follow as well as lead.

You have something burning within and some situation or occurrence is trying to quench that fire, it is jealousy o, no let them, guide your “thing” like there is no tomorrow.

 

I do not know about you, but the world I envisage is a world where we are all at the top,

There is always room for everyone at the top,

Someone asked, “if we are all leaders who will be the followers?”

This is my answer; “if we are all intelligent and respectable leaders then we will know when and how to lead and follow”

After all, no one person is everything, so when we get to you, we will follow you,

Every leader must first be a follower before they can lead.

I just wanted to make you understand that you are way special than you even realize.
